Why does this bite look like this?

On Sunday I spent some time in the garden and attracted a few bites on my legs and one on the back of my next. 24 hours later they are at maximum itchiness which is fun as I was in work. On my break I felt the need to itch my boob and felt a hard lump exactly like a horsefly bite. When I looked down my top I saw this damage on the skin. Dh thinks I've just itched too hard but I don't think I did.

Ouch! I feel your pain as they always go like that on me as well. Have you got Anthisan cream for the itching and 1% hydrocortisone for the swelling? An oral antihistamine would be good too.

Thank you, it's much less red this morning but sooo itchy. 😩
