Toe wart thingae

This has appeared between my 5 year olds toes
Is it a wart?
It's growing quickly and isn't soft but isn't hard either. Not fluid filled and sadly I don't think squeezable.
Any ideas

More likely to be a verruca if its on the foot

DS had a wart on the inside of his second toe. Wart grew upon wart.
Dr said to try duct tape, we had, it did nothing. They just kept growing to the point there was so many of them all on top of each other it was actually forcing his toes apart!
Dr took another look & prescribed occlusal. They were gone within a week.
