I think I have a boil down below between the from and back. It is so so painful and hurts to sit now. Is there anything I can do to make it go away 😭

Hot bath. You could try sitting on something warm. That will encourage it to come to a head. Might need medical intervention if stubborn.

Hot compress and painkillers, I had one not long ago and the pain was unreal but plenty of hot baths soon made it pop and the relief was instant x
