I am a massive sporner and love nothing more than a good squeeze, I’m prone to acne and blackheads on my chest/back/shoulders (unsurprisingly I am single

Had a spot appear under the skin on my chest around Xmas time, squeezed it and managed to make it into an open wound which then turned into a red looking lump under the skin 
I think it’s still brewing under there, but need to get rid of it as it’s pretty unattractive.
Have heard about mag sulphate on here so got some today, but not really sure what to do with it?? I’ve put some on and put a player over the top but plaster is falling off and don’t know how long it should take to do something?
