Foot specialist here, Yes it is an ingrower, no mag sulph won’t sort it. It looks on the verge of bring infected too, i sould contact your local podiatrist or foot health professional to get it sorted properly,diy jobs always end badly.

Sorry to jump on but @WowIlikereallyhateyou do you know what this is on my sons feet? I have it too. It’s not like dry skin but more like flaky bits?

@HoollyWugger I took one of those to my GP once because it was infected and so sore. I was given antibiotics which sorted it.
