Looks like a boil. A friend of mine had one and had to have it lanced in hospital!

We are so snowy (used to it up here though) that I wouldn’t want to make a trip to the pharmacy. Good handful of snow on it might make it feel better thoogh

I had one like this recently on my side. It was red hot to touch and really painful. My Mum said she’d had one and it would come to a head but despite it looking really angry it never did, just gradually went down and disappeared.

I had one like that under my bra, but under boob to the side I moaned all day cos I thought it was the bra wire...one I had not worn for a long time, but when I took it off there it was...BOOB MKIII, I had to magsulph it for four days before it came to a head, the relief when I squeeeeeezed it was immense, I'd felt really crappy for day 2/3 and was going to head to MI with it if I still felt bad, but on day four I conquered it!
Had also been using the shower spray on really hot over it when i was in there.

Squeezed a little gunk out earlier which has taken the pressure off a wee bit so it’s not as sore and itchy now.

Is that silver diamond thing on the black top to blame?

I’d put some spot cream on it dry it up a bit. It might help to bring it to a head.

Put some magnesium sulphate paste on it. It will draw it out.

Nope. It’s calmed down a bit but definitely still there

Keep reapplying it. Cover it with a plaster or dressing if some sort too. Good luck
