Removing the sac- how?

I have a little cyst between my breasts which forms a hard lump. It grows until every so often I squeeze it all out, but it keeps coming back because there's a sac in there slowly filling with pus. How do I get the sac out? Any ideas?

Preferably without leaving a scar.

All videos that show the procedure seem to involve an incision of some sort so the sac can be pressed out ( whole, or it can grow back). I would let a dermatologist handle this one as soon as you are able rather than risk fucking it up yourself. The hard lump you are feeling may be a keloid scar rather than from matter within the cyst itself?

I'm not sure. The lump does decrease in size when it's been squeezed. At its biggest it's visible to the naked eye, at its smallest I can only feel it if I press down and search for it. The GP a while ago when it first reared its ugly head reckoned that it was some form of cyst and did mention a sac but essentially indicated that nothing would be done about it. I suppose I could look into having a dermatologist see it but unfortunately it predates my health insurance so I'd have to pay.

I had a small cyst due to trauma which had resulted in stitches. I had to empty it a few times and must have just got lucky getting enough of the sac out one time because it's never been back. I didn't use tweezers or anything but I did gouge pretty hard (im a horrendous squeezer though)

I've been hoping that one of these days I'll manage to do this but it's been a good few years now and it still returns. I go for it as hard as I can but there's quite a large mass and because of where it is I can get enough purchase to do a proper empty with fingers at the sides but not above and beneath. Any tips?

On the youtube the most successful use wooden stick cotton wool buds (plastic just bends.

I'm afraid I just used sheer determination and self-loathing.

I had one of these on my breastplate. Had to have it removed with an small incision by a surgeon. It was an easy procedure but I definitely couldn't have done it myself. The sac, though quite empty, was still about 1cm in diameter. I have a red scar that I'm massaging and moisturising religiously but there'll always be a scar there.

Wow- that's quite big. If you could go back, would you still choose to have it done, even though it left you with a scar? Mine isn't visible most of the time, just palpable.

I'm not bothered by scars. Big red bumps on show during the summertime, on the other hand, bother me immensely!

Thanks. Lots to consider. Mine doesn't go red, it's just a lump under the skin.
