It's massive and is really bloody painful. It's around 1cm across and you can actually grab and wiggle the content around. No head on it at all, although the pores look a little stretched. Can't get a decent photo right now but will post as soon as I can Grin

What can I do to draw it out to an epic head, oh wise sporners? I will be so disappointed to have gone through this and not even have the pleasure of it's release!

Hot flannel and a bloody picture!

Sunbird24 · 27/10/2020 19:36

I find sudocrem quite effective on spots!

VettiyaIruken · 27/10/2020 19:39

The price of advice is a picture.

EdinaMonsoon · 27/10/2020 19:46

Grin right, will try and get a decent photo. The one DH just took makes it look like a baby pimple & it really isn't. Literally giving me a sodding headache!

Not the best photo but you can see where a head may appear vs the actual area that's swollen and lumpy. Hurts like hell. Give me advice oh wise ones and I promise to post a photographic update in the morning with results in day light!

Thank you.
😁
Mag sulph paste or those plasters that are said to draw boils to a head.

Beautyoftheirdreams · 27/10/2020 20:18

Watching with interest, I have one on my chin, huge and hard and painful but not got a head on it yet either and I too will be massively disappointed to go through this with no satisfaction at the end!

EdinaMonsoon · 27/10/2020 21:21

Slightly better photo... have now liberally applied Mag Sulphate. Am rather excited about potential results 😂

How have you not attacked that? I would have a JCB in there by now

Muchtoomuchtodo · 27/10/2020 21:24

Ooh that’s got potential op!

Loads of mag sulphate held in place by a big plaster and leave it on......

homemadecommunistrussia · 27/10/2020 21:25

Ooh that looks sore.Shock

stealthninjamummy · 27/10/2020 21:27

Great photos op. Thank you for sharing with us.

FelicityBeedle · 27/10/2020 21:29

Ooh that’s a stonker! I would have had a boiled pin through that hours ago Grin

Candleabra · 27/10/2020 21:31

Jeez that is a beaut. I have so much sympathy, that type of spot is really painful. They take ages to go. And you don't even get the reward of squeezing it. I hope you get good results from the mag sulphate paste.

jaimebravo · 27/10/2020 21:50

Last time I had one like that my ds called me a unicorn.
A hot cloth and Mag sulfate and leave it overnight.
(A morning pic would be nice too.)

IKEA888 · 27/10/2020 22:20

oh my. fingers crossed.

EdinaMonsoon · 27/10/2020 22:23

😂 Honestly I have really wanted to get in there & squeeze it or dunk a sterilised pin in it. But my gut feeling was to leave it alone... plus it hurts like a mofo 🤦‍♀️ Proper LOLing at unicorn 🦄 I only ever had proper spots during pregnancy & had very clear skin during my teens (I literally used to covet the acne of my peers... I remember sitting behind a particular girl in my German class & fantasising about attacking her spots 😂). Now I am late 40’s & peri menopausal they are making a comeback.

I applied mag sulphate an hour ago but will now apply hot compress, mag sulphate & plaster before bed 😊. Thank you 🙏🏻

Fab. Can’t wait for the update

Iggly · 28/10/2020 14:30

Shamelessly here for an update

EdinaMonsoon · 28/10/2020 15:17

Nothing much to report I’m afraid. Looks the same as yesterday but with less peripheral swelling. Think I might brave a sterilised pin... it’s got to go!

Any update? Have you popped it ?

EdinaMonsoon · 28/10/2020 22:30

Applied hot compress, stuck a sterilised pin into it in a few locations & nothing more than the tiniest leak of clear fluid. Have now slapped on the Sudocrem & will leave it until the morning.

Honestly, it looks like a third tit. I'm impressed.
