I've had several whiteheads along my lip line for years now. About 2 weeks ago three started to get red and sore.
Today this came out. Not up to the standard of the real pros on here, but a good solid noisy pop!

Sounds like they are milia. If you pop them with a needle the white lumps will come out.

They have been just little white dots for years. The big one was actually two and is where the photo came from.
