Lovely! One of my favourite jobs was packing holes in folk with a yellow proflavin wick!

Can you explain the purpose of the wick? How does the crater eventually heal? Would it need stitching?

Proflavin and gauze - hurts like fuck when you remove it! Thank goodness for the invention of Aquacell and the like!

@HopeClearwater it makes the wound heal from the bottom up, rather than close over with a cavity beneath.
