I had a spot on my chin, which popped. It was quite a large one, sore and it was a relief when it burst. However, instead of going down, it developed into a sort of small, hard lump. I must confess to being a terrible picker, and I had a poke around at it, and there were what I can only describe as two hard cores to the lump, that looked a bit like millia. They wouldn't squeeze, but tweezed out as they seemed to be deeply attached. They were sort of translucent-white, and about a quarter of an inch long. Once they had been removed, the area healed without any trace.
Any idea what this might be? I've never seen anything like it before. Thanks in advance, and apologies for the lack of photo!
