I’ve found big blackheads in ears, parts one and two. Part two had a great one.

Her first videos were electrolysis/ingrown hairs mostly and there's one where she with great discretion - so you can't see the body part - is digging out hairs on someones testicles. One of the comments is "Is that... is that a scrotum?" and I don't know why, but it Cracks Me Up.
