I lobe this video so much. But talk to me about the extra sinuses thing? That makes so much more sense than blackheads but are they caused by blackheads and just join up? There are other videos of ear blackheads that are actually blackheads. This is the OG one where they’re all connected though. So is it like little wormholes from hundreds of BH over the years?
