Advice please

Think I've got an ingrown hair along my pubic bone. I can't see anything but I can feel a little lump. Is it hot flannel and magnesium sulphate to draw it out?? And what do I use if I need to dig? Tweezers? Just worried about infecting it

I'm not sure mag sulph is particularly effect on hairs. It draws pus to the surface but if there isn't an infection it might not do much.

I would maybe have a little squeeze and see what happens. If you can see a hair under the surface but it isn't emerging I would be tempted to use a sterilised pin to try and coax it out.
