I've namechanged. My earwax need not follow me around this forum forever.
But it's lockdown, and we must take our relief where we may. So here we go.
My ear wax.
A story in three parts.
Part 1.
I've had an almost blocked ear for ages. Sometimes it thrums annoyingly to the rhythm of my pulse. Before lockdown I contemplated having it hoovered out professionally, but missed my chance.
So I bought a USB ear camera gizmo from ebay. And I manoeuvred it down my earhole. And it revealed a giant clod of wax, seemingly welded to my eardrum.
These camera gizmos come with wee attachments for scraping out gak. But, I caution you, it can be very sore, and dangerous to muck about near your eardrum. So of course, I tried. But couldn't get the clod to move. And it hurt. So I stopped.
