Terrible surgical technique. Should have made the hole much bigger so they properly curette the cavity and get rid of any fibrous membranes with pockets of pus!
I drained 2 l of ours from a man’s leg last week. Diabetic too....

Yes my patient had a general anaesthetic. Not sure either where this is. Maybe side of a thigh?
