No. Just gets sore and bleeds but nothing within, I don't think 🤷🏻‍♀️

I don't think it's a tag, it's definitely subcutaneous and I'd have thought ingrown except doesn't seem to be. Or I am too squeamish / sensitive to push my luck investigating!

Might ask the GP to have a look next time all the same though.

Looks like a keloid scar, but they don't bleed as a rule.

It’s hard right? And possibly started off as a an ingrown hair? And sometimes you cut it when you shave your legs?

I think the resolution to the thread was that they’re completely harmless scar tissue and you can have them removed privately if you want but will be left with a scar.

@RedRed9 yes! Oh that's amazing and helpful, thank you!! I don't know quite what it started as, probably ingrown hair - I was pregnant / new mum and not paying a lot of attention tbh. Thank you again!
