Not strictly sporn but bloody painful pic included

Mainly posting for sympathy but some of you may find it interesting..... Fell down stairs 15 days ago nd landed on my left bum cheek .....Picture was taken yesterday and although I cropped for decency purposes it is of my entire left as cheek !
When I originally did it it swelled up above the bruise to the size of a toddler football and although it has gone down there is still a hard lump the size of the palm of my hand which is actually still visible under clothes....
Dr google says heamatoma.....it still hurts amid I knock it or turn over in bed .....

I have a dint in the right bum cheek from a fall like that. The bruise took months to fully go and was the size of a plate, and purple. You have all my sympathy.

I was at a film festival thing, and they were throwing freebies into the crowd, I shot up and actually caught the bloody thing! Came down quickly to share my good news and landed on the very solid very painful armrest. To add insult to injury the T-shirt won’t fit anybody I know. The bruise was about 5 inches across
