@RolytheRhino the problem with cysts is that unless you get out the sac that holds all the gunk, it keeps re-filling. I had one on my back & I could squeeze it every now & again, then twice it got infected so went to gp. Second time he had dressed it. Went back, he took dressing off (it poured down my back) & he dug around yo get it all out. He said that sometimes if they get really inflamed / infected that can stop them coming back. If you do squeeze it, it is the law that you have to post the video on here.
