I had this feeling like something is stuck in my throat since this morning, I can see this white lump but it's soft and not painful. Is it a tonsil stone? Any advice? I've poked it with my finger and it just squashed Confused

Yes I would say so. I get them a lot. Get a cotton bud and squidge it out.

Waitingonasmiley42 · 10/03/2019 17:26

Yes! It's a big one Shock

SheRaTheAllPowerful · 10/03/2019 17:27

Definitely, agree to use a cotton bud, then gargle with some salty water, it’s rank but will clean it out.

katykins85 · 10/03/2019 17:28

No chance I could film while attacking Sad I idi try though.
It just moves about when poked and hurts now 🙈
I can't just leave it though, any other ideas? I'm at work at 8pm for the night

MissDai5y · 10/03/2019 19:54

OMG I have never heard of these and just googled them... That is some nightmare fuel right there.

They look like extra teeth.

lovelilies · 10/03/2019 22:19

I'm at work (NHS) and dr said it's not a tonsil stone, but said it needs seeing by GP 🙄

Let us know what the go says it certainly looks like one. Can you scrape it with your nail? They feel a bit like wet chalk.

lovelilies · 11/03/2019 19:03

I haven't been, no appointment available and it's shrunk a bit so maybe just a pimple or something. The skin is covering it so I can't actually get to it Confused

Did you find out what it was? My DM has something similar and won't get it looked at

lovelilies · 22/03/2019 11:11

Well it just went away by itself over the next few days so I'm none the wiser. Been to dentist in the meantime and there's nothing there now so 🤷🏼‍♀️
