How to get this to explode?

Hope the photo is ok. Massive red & hot circle round the "head". So painful. Any ideas how to make it pop - preferably in a spectacular way?

It looks sore and you must video it popping. Mag Sulf is the usual suggestion on here.

Heat a glass bottle or tumbler that can take boiling water. Then put it over the area open end onto the skin, that should draw it to the surface, keep repeating until it surfaces.

Forgot to ask where on body is it?

It's definitely sore and the redness has spread a bit. It's at the top of my thigh near my hip. Will definitely video it if I can get it to erupt. Haven't got any mag sulf, will try the glass trick.
