I'm being truthful here. I actually had something similar between my hip/buttock. It was incredibly painful but no lump. It had a tiny yellow head which I had to use a sterile needle in. Because of its position I couldn't see it properly so I put my fingers around it to try and pull the skin to get a better view. Thats when I had the arc of hot pus that sprayed over my bedroom. I had a hot bath and it yielded a second spraying.
This was 21 years ago and I've never had anything as spectacularly satisfying since Sad

Surely there has to be a market for a sucker thing to collect up all the gunk. It would save all that wiping and they could actually measure how much they've extracted. On some of these videos, you could swear that the patient must have actually lost weight after losing all that crud.

In a cyst that inflamed, the sac will be part of that chunky gore that was fountaining out of the thing. It still might recur though unless he does the whole packing thing to let it heal.
