What just came out of my ear!

So, last month I got my left ear syringed at GP as it was completely blocked.
I used olive oil drops before hand in both ears. Then they only did the left, but the nurse said there was wax in the right one but as it wasn't a plug, best to leave it

I had a shower this morning and washed my hair, it is cold so I used nice hot water, maybe for a bit longer than my usual 30 seconds showers as DC is only 2.

Came down and I am just sitting here cuddling DC and I feel something in my right ear 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻😅

Huge lump of wax! Out! Just like that 😅😅😅

I feel like I am born again

Amazing.

I have pics but BlushBlush

Pics or it didn’t happen Grin

I’ve seen some truly scary things come out of people’s ears.... a big lump of wax however is a thing of beauty!

planespotting · 10/01/2019 10:54

All right then!
It doesn't look as impressive in pics Sad a bit like the pyramids

This has not happened by accident since the Big Lump of 1991, during Maths class

Hahaha i remember when I was around 19 working for a trendy clothes shop in Chelsea and I felt something pop into my ear. The only person near me was the security guard so i was like "hey what are you throwing at me stop it!" He of course said errrr nothing.
So I said "here it is, look! Don't throw weird things at me please"
He said
"Errrr that's ear wax"

Blush the shame.

kalefire · 10/01/2019 11:03

Oh and I don't want to brag. But mine was larger and rounder than yours, so there!

Fashionista101 · 10/01/2019 11:07

planespotting can you tell me more about the 1991 incident Grin

Drogosnextwife · 10/01/2019 18:40

So satisfying!

planespotting · 10/01/2019 21:14

@Livedandlearned it was so memorable that is actually the clearer memory I have from my days in school. I was in Maths class and I kind of rested my head on my hand to focus better (have a nap) and then I felt something coming out of my ear. ShockShockShockShockShockShock
It was as big as my nail, ok maybe a bit smaller. It just came out, like that Blush
I looked around to check if anyone had seen, luckily most of the class was focusing hard ~napping~

You are so lucky! I would remember that feeling for the rest of my life too!

Thank you, I can only dream of something like that happening to me Grin
