I've just ordered some form of twisty earwax remover contraption from Groupon.

I had microsuction the other day. The bloke reckoned there was over 6 years worth of wax down there. 4 probes were totally blocked during the procedure

Haha I'm an ENT nurse and I do lots of ear wax removal... it is satisfying Microsuction is fab!

I also work in dermatology so you can imagine all the sporn there...

Ooh I have waxy ears and sometimes have to have them syringed - microsuction didn't work on me as it was too impacted! Apart from being deaf for a while in the build up the feeling when it all comes out is totally worth it.

Would also kill to do that as a job.

I still recall the happy time when I removed a 1.5cm long plug of dark earwax, neatly enclosed in a very thin layer of skin using my little finger nail.
