Righto sporners, this is a bit of a thirst trap as I'm not really here to indulge your fetishes rather I thought you lot might be best placed to tell me what this monster is?!

It's on my inner thigh/groin area (excuse the stray pubes, it's been a long xmas and new year) and it is SO bloody painful

Ingrown hair? Sometimes the ingrown hair becomes infected and you get the pairful raised, full of pus thing you have going on. Pop it me thinks (but then I pop anything) and you will probably find a hair trapped under the skin (which is a double bonus!) Bit of TCP / Germolene / Savlon. Keep an eye on it and top up with the creams for a few days. Job done.
