Obligatory pic attached. Doesn't look like much right now but there was a distinct yellow pus half-moon beside my toenail. I've no idea how it got there, it's several weeks since I cut my toenails & this appeared in the last 24hrs. No tight shoes/manky socks etc. Anyway, after a long soak, I poked it with a needle which went right in & I squeezed - nothing. Then I dug the needle in again & twisted it until the skin broke which is what you see - still nothing. How can I get this bugger to give up it's innards so the redness & swelling can go away?
