Horrible verucca

DD age 9 has had a verucca for a while now. We have been treating it and it was almost gone. Today we have this!

The gel goes straight on the spot so I'm not sure why all her toe is peeling.

Will this ever go?

It still looks fairly well embedded to me. I’d stop with the gel and try a freezing treatment which you can get from the chemist. I got rid of a stubborn 10 yr old one with the scholl freezing treatment.
