What is this?

Evening all.
On Monday night I pulled out an ingrown hair (followed by quite a lot of pus) from my leg. Since then, the site that I pulled the hair from is hard, red and raised. The middle has scabbed over, and is green around the outside.
What the bloody hell is going on? Any ideas please?

I think you need to squeeeeeeeze it to see if anything else comes out

Ive had a bath and a little squeeze. Nothing came out apart from a bit of liquid and now it’s open 😩
