Excuse the scaley rough dried up soles but what are those clusters of pimples? How can i make them go away?

My child has a plantar wart atm, as a child i had horrendous eczema on my soles.

Ive had my feet sloshing around a big shhoe by 1 size (work, couldnt get smaller so had to do) that side of my foot usedto feel almost like its burning from the way the shoes rubbed. Its been there for months. I didnt always have this, noticed it last year or early this year. Doesnt hurt or itch. But feel like mini corns (hard pimples).

What could they be? Im howing dishoid ezcema on my both palms..at least i think thats what they are. Thanks.

They look like seed corns. Try using a foot cream with urea like Flexitol.

That is pitted keratitis, a skin plantar conditon. Definitely not corns, and if it was flexitol cream would not help you, removal of the corns by a professional would be the only way to resolve, flexitol is good for cracked dry feet though. However, corns it ain't, trust me i look at them and treat them all day!
