Klaxon - it won't do anything

DH has grown this. Tried squeezing, nothing. Tried lancing, a little blood. Feels quite hard around the area. No head, any sign of a head in the photos is a flash back from the camera. Any suggestions, no magnesium sulphate in the house.

Going for the heat tonight, tomorrow I'll hit the chemist for the magnesium sulphate.

The surrounding skin is actually quite red on that. It may need antibiotics. Probably best to draw a line around the edges and keep a close eye on it. In the meantime time try to draw it out with heat. Maybe a soak in a hot bath with Epsom Salts or table salt even.
If it extends beyond the line or your Dh develops a temperature see a GP.
Don't poke it again until you see a proper head though.

It hadn't done anything overnight. Magnesium Sulphate has been purchased today so fingers crossed for a beauty tomorrow morning. 🤞🏼

I'd say hot flannels and salt water, as Pps say. Then after a long soak in the bath, use a sterilised needle to score open the top.
