Spotty back/chest - rash??

Eugh I have a horrible spotty rash on my chest and back, they hurt they’re huge and I’ve no idea what they are!
Any ideas please??

They’re still there and some are looking like hives so I’ve taken antihistamine, but others are now looking like cysts! Bonkers and sore...
