It was flat, but I prodded it and it was wide, sort of like a 5p under the surface of the skin. With a hole in, I could see the black stuff on top. First squeeze and not much. Second and some came out. The third was the trick and OMG, I did wonder if it would ever stop....

My DM has a huge one about the size of a small sprout that needs attention soon.
I usually go in armed with mask the smell is vile gloves and an apron on. It's like a mini operation.

They weren't! I wasn't expecting that much to come out and only had a baby wipe to hand. Ended up having to dry it and have another go as there was more
Apparently it was an abscess at one point years ago and left a hole which fills up every so often
