Day 3 now. On first day got small amount of grey goo out of the top. Red dot on surface but I can feel something the size of a large marble behind. Really sore and painful to the point it's hurting to move my arm.

DH refuses to squidge. I've tried but can't get behind it properly with one hand. On squeezing a huge white head protrudes but I can't press enough to make it pop. Have tried hot flannels. Any ideas?

Hot shower or bath and a dollop of magnesium sulphate paste overnight.
