I have been debating posting all day but I am DESPERATE

I have a huge spot/cyst thing about 2 inches in length half an inch wide that's painful and got. Right at the top of my thigh outside my labia

I feel a bit grim and I know I need to pop it but it's Sooo painful.... so i have ordered some topical anaesthetic and pray i can pop it tomorrow..... but what can I do for tonight?? Currently have to sleep with a pillow between my legs to stop it aching so much :(

Hot bath, & try to pop it whilst in there. Will hurt like fuck, but the relief will be orgasmic.

I cant see without a well placed mirror and light.. I don't fancy jabbing around down there with a needle in the bath

Any progress? Honestly, 2in long is starting to move into 'see a doctor' territory. That's a pretty big abscess and I wouldn't want to handle trying to clean it fully at home. Depending on the cause you might need abx.

Yes I had similar on my rear left hip and it required general anaesthetic and three weeks of packing. Get to the dr!

I get Bartholins cysts on my outer clunge area (apologies but I love that word) and they hurt like a cow, properly hot pain that makes the blood pound in your face and your eyes water but ovarying up and squeezing the bastards in the bath does help. Make sure hands are clean

Haha well pleased to report it bust on its own whilst I slept Sunday night..... there was a lot of gunk but I felt so much better....

There is still a rather hard lump and some ooozing but just keeping an eye on it for now.

The relief is amazing!

Just to warn you, if it is a cyst it will refill..I had one taken out from the inner thigh which had popped and refilled several times. They got it out in one piece, very impressively. It was the size of a golf ball.

You do need to make sure that you keep this clean - it may feel better now, but you are still at risk of it getting further infected, especially as it is in a clammy area if you will pardon the phrase.
