Toenail extraction

My son had his toenail removed over a week ago and it's vile.

Anyone had this and how long did it take to heal??

Grim, but impressive!

My son has had his removed twice and he is only 7! First time it healed pretty quickly but they just removed the nail and there was another nail growing underneath that was just as bad. Second time was a few months ago and had his nail bed removed as well as the nail and healed so much quicker. 3 months in and its healed and looks amazing (minus the nail obviously)
