She is 9 and very prone to spots on her nose and very self conscious about them. This one is a huge white head and right in the middle of nose. She is upset about it but won't squeeze it and won't let me anywhere near it 
. (Seriously I have to look with my hands behind my back - she knows me too well)
What can i do to help her get rid of it - she has a birthday party in 4 days and is currently saying she will be too embarrassed to go 
. Don't want anything too strong as she is still young.
