I have ALWAYS wanted to be in this club... sporn is my favourite.

However

Whilst DTD this morning I came across (not literally) a pea size lump on my labia menora. Now I know it’s there it hurts.

Went to walk in (possible overreaction but ‘‘tis only going to get worse) and dr said blocked duct, try and squeeze in the bath.

Any ideas of how to hurry it along?

Yowch, poor you. Can you get hold of magnesium sulphate paste?

I have never used it... would it just be from the chemist?

Hot compress. As hot as you can deal with. Then press down firmly either side.

Completely gone with no results from squeezing. I am relieved and disappointed in equal measure
