maybe a few of you remember me from a few weeks ago but the boil is back and has filled up and is ready to erupt I thought this would be the best place to update you all. what should i do. side note i have no mag sulph left.

a pic would be helpfull.

it is glorious but very sore to touch i have been having a bit of a squeeze but nothing yet.

Sterilised needle to the white heads to let them ooze.

That looks really sore and infected- you need to be careful

Whereabouts on you is it ? If it's the boobs, I get loads of the bloody things on mine. Massage it with the pads of your index finger and the one next to it, and it starts oozing slowly. Sorry....probably tmi !!!

How do you make a paste from the mag sulphate? I got some for Christmas, but the crystals are really coarse...
