I don't understand how anyone can get that bad! The inflamed spots, fine, you can't do much about that without access to medicine, but the blackheads! Why wouldn't you have got them out already?

Amazing blackheads but I would have preferred a less frenzied more organised approach. Plus the gloves were hideous.
