About a month ago I had a really painful grey/red lump on the inside of my thigh, just outside the knicker line. It was painful and when I squeezed it, a bit of pus came out and then it went.

It came back a week ago but it doesn’t hurt and it won’t squeeze! Is there something good waiting to come out? What do I do?

Ingrown hair?

auriofthemoon · 14/11/2017 16:02

I don’t think so as it’s not a place where there is any hair

Looks like it might get juicy... Hot bath?

marciagetscreamed · 14/11/2017 21:11

Go to the doctors just to be sure, my DH is always going on about ticks, lymes disease (sp) ? Etc 😳
Hope it’s just an ingrown hair.

abbsisspartacus · 14/11/2017 21:14

Most likely a hair

helensburgh · 14/11/2017 21:36

Looks excellent. Good squeeze

Longdistance · 14/11/2017 21:39

Ingrown hair. If you’re brave get a needle to it, and some tweezers.

cantthinkofabloodyname · 15/11/2017 14:54

Placemarking 😬

ChickenlessHead · 15/11/2017 14:56

That doesn’t look like a bite from a tick that could cause Lyme disease. They look like bull’s eyes. Looks like an ingrowing hair to me.

Would you really go to the doctor for that marcia?

daffodilbrain · 15/11/2017 22:21

V poss a hair. I’d stick a pin in/under it and pull it out Grin

RobberOfCatan · 15/11/2017 22:27

Need get a comedome extractor it. I love mine, it's the only thing that gets ingrown hairs out!

auriofthemoon · 16/11/2017 08:22

Ok I’m excited now. Today at some point I will get digging.

I hope it’s not one of those disappointing nothing lumps

It looks like a boil. A hot compress might help but definitely don’t poke or squeeze it. You only need a GP if it gets infected.

Vitalogy · 16/11/2017 08:42

I think ingrowing hair too. placemarking

notapizzaeater · 16/11/2017 08:55

I’d rip,the top off and squeeze
