Help! Spot/ingrown hair and new boyfriend dilemma

Never ever did I think I'd be posting on sporner corner

I had a sugar Brazilian wax before holiday about 10 days ago, and today I've found a painful small spot at the very apex of my fanjo. It's 100% on the pubic skin area and not on my actual labia (sorry for lack of technical terms!). Best guess is it's the beginning of an ingrown hair, or maybe just an annoying spot.

Ordinarily I'd wait it out BUT (and it's a decent but!) I am staying overnight with a new boyfriend for the first time this Saturday and I want it gone! Firstly, it's a bit unsightly (although I'm not sure he'd notice) but mainly it's painful when touched and... y'know.

Help! What can I do?

I had one down there once that was a killer, sitting down hurt!

I smothered it with magnesium sulphate, popped dressing over and left overnight, then took hot bath and it popped

I really hope it goes away. I have SUCH plans....

Hot washcloth on it. As hot as you can stand multiple times a day and sudocrem.

Hot washcloth. Sterile needle and hands and then brave the pain and pop.

I second cailistos advice above. I would have to pop it and get the hair out.

If my new boyfriend had one of these and he let me have a dig about for an ingrown hair, I would love him forever! But you might not want to go down that route with a new partner
