TONSIL STONE - how to remove?

Are their any methods that don't involve touching it?? If i just leave it will it continue to grow?

I have a very strong gag reflex.

i use the pointy end on my spectacles and gently press to the side of it to pop it out and then spit it down the sink.

or do you mean not touching it at all with anything? Live dissolving it somehow? I dont think there is sorry but sometimes they pop out on their own when they get bigger, but I wouldn't rely on that!

If you touch it you won't feel it as it's just puss and snots. Give it a good poke.

Can you sort of roll the back of your tongue against your tonsil to dislodge it?

You could spray antiseptic throat spray in there first to numb it, before setting the camera up.

Have you tried making a fist with your left hand and clenching your left thumb in it? It's meant to stop you gagging. I have tried it and it worked for me!
