I have the biggest lump on my head / nape of neck... iv been squeezing for what feels like hours and nothing is coming out. It's so sore :(

I had a head massage at a spa yesterday and this came up last night...

Try steaming the area or putting a hot compress on it, sounds as though it hasn't come to a head yet if it is a spot

Has anyone ever tried the hot glass bottle trick on something like this?
