Patient had cyst since being bashed by his uncle's bull aged 5. Now in his fifties, he approaches Dr Sandra Lee.

Holy mother of God! I watched 7 minutes of that (with the sound turned off) and still 30 minutes to run 😱

It gets a bit technical (removing the cyst wall) and the good bit is all in the first five minutes.

Tell you one thing though: I ain't gonna be piping chocolate buttercream this week.
