It's been there for years, it's really hard and it's a perfect little ball.
I remember squeezing a couple years ago and some watery pussy stuff came out but not much.
How's best to do it? Needle?

I've squeezed and watery bright white pus has come out (not very exciting) and it looks less raised but I can definitely still feel a ball underneath. Hard to hold it and get it out though.
I have a sebaceous cyst on my scalp which I am now trying to figure if I can get too

That's a blocked salivary gland. You might need a doc to look at that.
