Ds (8) has a few big milia, how to get rid?

DS is 8 and has a few big looking milia on his cheek, eye socket and near his nose.
He's really annoyed about them (suspect someone at school has called them spots)

How do I get rid of them for him?

I'd go clean needle if he'll let you. I think ice might numb it if you want to try that.
