What's the magic potion you guys swear by?

I have a nasty unripe red & sore pimply bobble in the crease of my armpit. What is that stuff I have read you whack on and what does it do? Would it help me and where do you get it from?

Magnesium sulphate paste. From the chemists. It draws stuff out. So can be used on splinters and boils!
