I've got a gross toe...

I bashed it (hard) last week and it bled a lot, between the toenail and my toe. It stopped bleeding pretty quickly, but now it's leaking cloudy watery stuff whenever it's knocked, or I accidentally press it. It's sore, but not hot... could it be infected, and if so, what do I need to do/where can I go to get it seen to? I don't have a GP at the moment (I've just moved, and haven't got round to registering yet...) and am in London.

Do you have a minor injuries unit at your nearest hospital? If not, the nearest GP surgery may see you as a temporary patient. 💐
