A cyst in a hard to reach place

OMG it's brewing a treat but I can't see it and can barely reach it apart from hot compress would you 'go in blind ' with a needle or let it disapate .?

Go in blind of course!!

I need to wait until the kids and husband have left it's going to take me some serious contortions to even go in blind......
