Giant Blackhead on my Mother's Shoulder **Pic Included**

My mother was complaining that she had a lump on her shoulder it was a giant Blackhead see pic.
It was really difficult to get it out but after loads of prodding with my new blackhead extractor out it came
I think there's more to fine but it was a bit sore so left it alone - for now

Some of what came out, a bit disappointing but it was a stubborn bugger
